Summary

Join Idalko, a rapidly growing company specializing in Atlassian software solutions, as an Atlassian Consultant. You will play a key role in helping clients optimize workflows and enhance their ITSM systems using Atlassian tools. Responsibilities include client engagement, solution implementation, strategic advisory, and collaboration. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and analytical skills, deep expertise in Jira and Confluence, and experience with Atlassian Cloud and Marketplace apps. Fluency in Dutch is required. Requirements

• Be a problem solver with strong communication skills who is able to build lasting relationships
• Break down business challenges and translate them into effective Atlassian solutions
• Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new systems
• Have strong project management skills and can drive initiatives from start to finish
• Have deep expertise in Jira and Confluence, including complex implementations
• Have experience with Atlassian Cloud, Marketplace apps, and Bitbucket
• Have fluency in Dutch

Responsibilities

• Understand their needs, assess current workflows, and align solutions with their objectives
• Configure, deploy, and optimize Atlassian tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide recommendations, ensure seamless adoption, and build trust across all levels
• Mentor junior consultants, support senior projects, and manage vendor relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Have knowledge of Python, Forge, and scripting
• Have certifications in Atlassian, ITIL, SAFe, or related fields
