As a front line of defense, you will be responsible for understanding attackers' tactics and stopping them. The ideal candidate has good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional working experience in the cybersecurity, email, or anti-abuse spam field
• Ability to perform data analysis, using SQL, and analyzing datasets
• Exposure to customer support environment
• Experience in technical writing or communications of complex issues

Responsibilities

• You’re motivated to stop attackers targeting individuals or organization accounts and understand cybersecurity attack modes
• You like to dive into the nitty gritty of complex systems, understand them, and analyze their behavior
• You are a clear communicator. You can write reports understandable by those within and outside the company to effectively explain highly technical issues
• When tasks are assigned, they are completed correctly and on time or help is asked for quickly
