Direct Counsel is seeking remote/hybrid attorneys with at least 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy service markets. Candidates should have strong communication skills, project management abilities, and be admitted to the bar in one of several specified jurisdictions.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience with the specified tasks
• Admission to the bar in a least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, Virginia, Washington, DC

Responsibilities

Drafting briefs, motions, pleadings, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, witness interviews, drafting discovery requests, and related litigation experience
