Experience as an Auto Damage & Estimatics Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement a training program to take candidates from 0 to proficient in auto estimating
• Develop instructional materials and lead training sessions
• Ensure the training program is designed to meet the needs of inexperienced trainees and experienced estimators seeking to streamline their work
• Concentrate and standardize the workflow of our current estimating teams, enhancing overall efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to refine training based on real-time feedback
• Take an active role in development of trainees post-hire to inform and iterate on a successful program
