Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years in logistics coordination, specifically in auto/vehicle relocation

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track vehicle transportation (cars, trucks, etc.) from pickup to delivery
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and clients to ensure on-time, damage-free relocations
• Resolve logistical issues (delays, route changes, customer concerns) proactively
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and compliance documentation
• Support business growth by optimizing workflows and enabling scalability

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in logistics/supply chain
• Experience with freight brokerage, carrier management, or DOT regulations
• Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., Fleetmatics, TruckStop)
• Knowledge of Indiana-based carrier networks
