Requirements
- Power Automate Expertise:Deep understanding of Power Automate's capabilities, including cloud flows, desktop flows, connectors, and AI Builder
- Process Analysis and Design:Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into automated workflows
- Solution Architecture:Knowledge of architectural principles and best practices for designing scalable and maintainable automation solutions
- Integration Skills:Familiarity with integrating Power Automate with various applications and services
- Problem-Solving:Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance of automated workflows
Responsibilities
- Process Analysis and Design:Thoroughly analyze business processes to identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecks that can be automated using Power Automate
- Solution Architecture:Design the overall architecture of automation solutions, considering factors like scalability, performance, security, and integration with other systems
- Flow Development:Build and implement automated workflows using Power Automate's cloud and desktop flows, leveraging its drag-and-drop interface and various connectors
- Integration:Ensure seamless integration of Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft products (e.g., Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint) and other third-party applications
- Performance Optimization:Optimize automated workflows for efficiency and performance, ensuring they meet business requirements and minimize resource consumption
- Deployment and Support:Work with administrators to deploy solutions to production environments and provide ongoing support and maintenance
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate solution designs, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working client facing preferably within a law firm, technology company or consulting organization
- Previous experience deploying software into a large, highly regulated organization
