Automation Tester

Summary

The job is for an Automation Tester at SmartWays, a company specializing in IT recruitment. The role involves working with international clients across various industries, designing, creating, and automating test scenarios, end-to-end automated testing, using relevant test tools, and potentially creating a new approach for testing. Requirements include solid experience in automation testing, expertise in Python/Java testing, API Testing, SQL, Jira, and experience with Selenium or Selenide and integration via Jenkins.

Requirements

• You are proud to have. solid. experience in automation testing (2+ years)
• *Your Testing laboratory consist:*. Python/Java testing, API Testing, SQL, Jira
• Automation testing in either Selenium or Selenide as well as integration via Jenkins is definitely your cup of tea
• You have experience in web/mobile/desktop test automation
• You possess good verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Development Team. and Functional/Business Analysts to design, create and automate test scenarios and extract/create test data
• Be responsible for end to end. automated testing on web/mobile/desktop (depending on Client)
• Use your expertise within a wide variety of test tools and apply those you find the most relevant, depending on the project
• Have a unique opportunity to. create a new approach for testing in the world of technology

Preferred Qualifications

We would also not mind if you have. hands-on experience within performance testing, CI/CD, ISTQB Foundation Level Certificate
