Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Preferably with experience in the USA/European iGaming market
• Proficient in managing compliance programs and account verification processes
• Excellent leadership skills with adaptability and flexibility, capable of multitasking and working under pressure
• Strong analytical skills to detect and identify weaknesses in systems and operational processes
• Goal-oriented and solution-driven with a focus on high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, with a strong command of English
• Highly motivated team player, able to work on own initiative

Responsibilities

• Own and streamline the entire account verification process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an enhanced user experience
• Develop and implement up-to-date compliance policies and procedures, adhering to local and international regulations
• Create, implement, and monitor clear goals, responsibilities, KPIs, and SLAs for the AV & Compliance teams
• Identify compliance risks within company processes, develop strategies to mitigate them, and monitor compliance metrics, preparing reports for senior management
• Work closely with Customer Support, Player Operations, Marketing Operations, VIP Operations, Payments, Acquisition, and Product teams to ensure seamless account verification and compliance journeys across all channels and brands
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the efficient resolution of verification and compliance issues managed by the AV & Compliance teams
• Oversee and manage relationships with influencers involved in company projects, ensuring their activities align with regulatory requirements, brand guidelines, compliance standards, and company policies
