Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business operations, project management, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- PMP and Agile certification and real-life examples of successful application of expertise
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, strategic planning, and change management
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing international teams
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable plans

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business operations strategies that align with the company's vision and goals
- Lead the Project Management Office, establishing standardized best practices, processes, and standards to ensure project success
- Optimize and streamline operational processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to improve business performance
- Oversee the management of client delivery and internal projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration across project teams, promoting effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing US and international business operations and PMO team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering professional growth and development
- Partner closely with Account Executive team and Client Data Engineering team to ensure successful delivery of client projects, where success equates to on-time and on-budget while delivering real business value
- Provide cross-domain leadership to drive continual improvement in how we deliver for our clients
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align project priorities and business objectives
- Act as a key liaison between operational functions, facilitating communication and decision-making to support organizational goals
- Create a data / insights driven operating model by developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the success of business operations and project initiatives
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, previous experience at a healthcare payer
