AWS Connect Engineer

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Amazon Connect Services
• Good knowledge of core AWS services, especially serverless services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Experience with Terraform for provisioning AWS resources
• Strong experience in Node.js for developing and maintaining serverless applications, Lambda functions, and integrations
• Experience with CloudWatch for monitoring and logging, ensuring solutions are performing optimally
• Experience supporting the creation and generation of design flows for AWS Connect contact centers
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions
• Set up contact flows, manage routing, and configure AWS Connect
• Develop and maintain serverless applications, Lambda functions, and integrations
• Provision AWS resources using Terraform
• Monitor and log solutions using CloudWatch to ensure optimal performance
• Support the creation and generation of design flows for AWS Connect contact centers

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Salesforce
• Knowledge of Amazon Lex
• Familiarity with Git workflows for version control and understanding of CI/CD pipelines for deployment
• Python programming skills
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (or equivalent)
