Summary

The job involves being part of the backend development team in a growing healthcare CRM company. Responsibilities include supporting existing solutions, designing, developing, optimizing, testing, and monitoring new modules of the platform, improving interaction performance between system components, taking ownership of projects/components, proposing new architectural solutions based on the latest technologies, and maintaining efficient solutions for increasing traffic volume. The candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in web application development with high traffic, solid software engineering principles, PHP experience, database knowledge, experience with job queue managers, GIT, API REST design, and test automation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in web application development with high traffic
  • Solid software engineering principles and object-oriented programming skills
  • PHP experience
  • Database knowledge and SQL proficiency
  • Experience with job queue managers
  • Ability to work on software legacy for refactoring purposes
  • GIT and version control system experience
  • API REST design experience and familiarity with caching and performance issues
  • Test automation skills and TDD philosophy

Responsibilities

  • Integration of AI in web systems experience
  • SLA monitoring experience
  • Kubernetes experience
  • Ability to reason for MVP and incremental releases, with a vision of the entire architecture rather than individual projects
  • English language proficiency (spoken and written)
