Backend Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in developing scalable cloud-based software, microservices and/or event-driven architectures
• Ability to present options for solutions that are well summarized, weighted against each other and coordinated with affected team members
• Good knowledge of Python Django
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Collaborative and a team player
• Passionate about taking the responsibility of delivering high quality software, understanding and providing the best experience for the user to solve their needs
• You like seeing the big picture. Understand that decisions in one area may impact others, so you can take the best approach

• Champion simplicity and performance: You'll have a keen eye for identifying areas where our services can be simpler and more performant. Be the one to propose and discuss solutions that elevate the user experience and overall efficiency
