Requirements

• Relevant Experience: Proven track record in backend development, particularly with experience in healthcare data interoperability
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend languages, databases and API integrations, including Rust, Python, TypeScript, SQLite, PostgreSQL, with experience in writing cross-platform software that can be deployed locally and on the cloud
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Innovative Thinker: Ability to approach problems creatively and propose innovative solutions
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic startup atmosphere and able to pivot as needed
• Inclusivity Advocate: Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment
• Healthcare Passion: Experience and/or genuine interest in healthcare technology and data management
• Resident of a European country and fluent in English
