Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development and system architecture
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and building Java Spring microservice applications
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in delivering systems with high concurrency and high availability
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Leverage strong architectural expertise to design and develop microservice applications using Java Spring
• Work closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to take ownership of end-to-end system architecture
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with cross-functional technology teams across various domains throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions , ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives
• Conduct thorough architectural reviews , proactively identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to support collaboration across global teams in different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge or experience in Web3 technologies is considered a plus
