Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang and Java
  • Proficient in Backend Development: Proficient in Golang and Java
  • API Development: Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
  • Microservices: Expertise in implementing and managing microservices architecture
  • Cloud Services: Extensive experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
  • Databases: Proficient with both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • DevOps Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Version Control: Proficient in using Git and related workflows
  • Security: Understanding of secure coding practices and tools
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services and APIs using Golang and Java
  • Implement microservices architecture to enhance system modularity and performance
  • Develop and integrate APIs to facilitate seamless communication between various system components
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Utilize AWS cloud services to deploy, manage, and optimize backend applications
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices, including code reviews, testing, and automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high availability and reliability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures and related AWS services (e.g., AWS Lambda)
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks
