Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 5+ years of programming experience in building and working on large scale distributed systems, of which minimum 3 years of experience with Node.js
• Several years of experience with AWS Serverless services
• Experience with React.js workflows, such as Flux or Redux and Responsive web design
• Hands-on experience building infrastructure as code using YAML / CloudFormation / Terraform / GitHub
• Develop microservices and distributed systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data and resolve issues
• Experience with agile development methodologies and excellent debugging and optimization skills
• Already living and working in The Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Develop new and update existing projects and recommend scalable solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain systems
• Define technical approaches
• Document solutions
• Collaborate with multiple teams to scope and implement features
• Tackle complex technical challenges, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code that meets industry standards and improve code quality through testing and reviews
• Contribute ideas to technology, algorithms, and product development
• Manage the full software lifecycle from development to deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
• Mentor and support team members to achieve goals together
