Requirements

• Extensive experience with PHP, including libraries, debugging tools, caches, thread pools, and memory management
• Passion for shipping code, with experience in Trunk Based Development and CI/CD
• Strong database performance and optimization skills, particularly in MySQL, including understanding query execution and optimization
• A "Best tool for the job" mentality, open to trying new technologies and building team consensus
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to work with diverse technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working with remote teams

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively share code, engaging with other teams through code reviews, merge requests, and documentation
• Ensure software reliability and scalability by implementing robust monitoring systems and improving logging capabilities
• Support and mentor team members through guidance, pair programming, and decision-making support
• Actively participate in product development discussions, balancing new features with technical considerations
• Organize and lead presentations on mastered topics, sharing knowledge of new technologies and industry trends
