Backend Software Engineer

Summary

Join Arista Networks' CVP team in Dublin and work on cloud-based streaming telemetry services and applications for CloudVision, a SaaS offering serving major companies globally. As a backend software engineer, you will own projects end-to-end, collaborating with product management and customers to define requirements and design architecture. You'll build the backend, write automated tests, and deploy to production via the CD pipeline. Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a relevant experience
• 5+ years experience in one or more of Go, C, C++, Java or similar language

Responsibilities

• Develop backend systems for CloudVision
• Design and implement the architecture of new features
• Write automated tests for your code
• Deploy your code to production using our CD pipeline
• Collaborate with product management and customers to define requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with network monitoring, network protocols, distributed systems, machine learning or data analytics is a plus
