Summary

Join a year-long apprenticeship program at Prince, gaining clarity on calling, practical ministry experience, and theological training. The program includes five components: Ministry-specific experience, Personalized Leadership Development, Theological Training, General Church Ministry Exposure, and Spiritual Formation and Mentoring.

Requirements

• Commit to a 23-month period from August 1st, 2024-June 30th, 2026
• Work full-time, 40 hours/week
• Meet a fundraising goal of $40k/year

Responsibilities

• Gain ministry-specific experience
• Develop and work through a ministry growth plan
• Participate in Theological Training through partnership with Southeastern Seminary
• Gain General Church Ministry Exposure
• Undergo Spiritual Formation and Mentoring

Benefits

• $15,000/year towards either fundraising goal or tuition at Southeastern Seminary
• $1,500 Mission Trip allotment
