Summary
Join Fundraise Up as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be a key player in our top-of-the-funnel outbound sales strategy. You will leverage your expertise in personalization and consistent activity to engage prospective customers, primarily in the non-profit sector. This remote role requires 12-18 months of SaaS B2B outbound experience and a proven track record of quota attainment. You will work with a modern outbound technology stack, including Salesloft, Orum, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, excels at multi-threading, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- 12 to 18 months minimum of SaaS B2B Outbound experience as BDR
- Experience communicating with VP+ contacts within accounts +$30k of annual contract value
- You’re exceptional at multi-threading and are comfortable working 3+ contacts within an organization at any given time
Responsibilities
- You are exceedingly process-oriented and find yourself actively looking for opportunities to optimize your current sales process
- You have experience working within a modern outbound technology stack. Fundraise Up leverages Salesloft, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Clay
- You are currently the top performing Business Development Representative at your company with 12-18 months of successful quota attainment to show for it
- Personalization must be the foundation of your Outbound Outreach. You hate a canned template and find a way to make every prospect interaction feel special and bespoke
- You’re exceptionally great at nurturing a "no" and eventually turning it into a "yes" and share some stories with us
- You understand that early-stage companies move and iterate quickly and that’s existing, not intimidating
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in nonprofit technology is strongly appreciated but not required
