Summary

Join Brightline's team of experienced Behavioral Health Coaches! Partner with caregivers, children, and teens to teach coping skills and reduce challenging behaviors through our established programs. Deliver personalized coaching via video sessions and asynchronous chat, utilizing our digital tools. Support multidisciplinary care teams by facilitating communication between families and providers. Assist members by customizing app content and guiding them to appropriate services. Collaborate on developing new workshops, webinars, and content. Requirements

  • Candidates must be able to accommodate a M-F 12pm-8pm PST
  • Candidates must have fluency in both written and spoken Spanish
  • Masters degree in a psychology related field
  • 1 year experience in a behavioral health setting
  • 1 year (formal or informal) experience working with children, youth or families
  • Experience with child and family focused CBT, motivational interviewing and SMART goal setting
  • Bachelor's degree and NBC-HWC, ICF, or NCHEC certification
  • 5 years relevant experience, to include direct service in a behavioral health setting
  • 1 year (formal or informal) experience working with children, youth or families

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized coaching through video sessions and asynchronous chat using our digital tools
  • Support multidisciplinary care teams by bridging communication between families and providers
  • Assist members by customizing content available on the app and navigate members to different services when they are ready
  • Collaborate with others at Brightline to develop and implement new workshops, webinars, and content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for redefining children's behavioral health
  • Previous experience in digital health coaching is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn evidence-based behavior change approaches
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to change
  • Comfort with technology and embracing diversity
  • Experience working with groups
  • Experience working with parents and caregivers
