Behavioral Health Therapist

Summary

Join Eleanor Health as a Behavioral Health Therapist and provide virtual behavioral health services to patients struggling with substance use disorder. Collaborate with a care team to help patients achieve their goals in this remote role. Conduct assessments, manage treatment, lead therapy sessions, and coordinate with external facilities. You will proactively seek ways to improve patient outcomes. This position requires a full license (LCSW or LPC in NJ), a master's degree in a related field, and experience in a collaborative environment. Requirements

• Fully licensed with LCSW or LPC in the state of New Jersey
• Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social work, family therapy, or related field
• Working knowledge of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditions
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with exceptional active listening abilities
• Experience in a collaborative team environment

• Are currently authorized to work for any US employer
• The ability to be consistently available for scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments for all new patients
• Manage the treatment of patient psychiatric, psychosocial, physical health-related and behavioral health needs throughout the patient’s treatment journey
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients
• Coordinate with external behavioral health treatment facilities to coordinate care when necessary
• Proactively identify methods to improve patient outcomes
