Summary

The company, AO, is expanding its team by hiring a remote Benefits Representative to provide exceptional customer service and help union members with their benefits packages. The representative will assist members with enrollment, answer questions, conduct meetings, and resolve issues. They should have prior experience in benefits administration or a related field, strong communication skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in using Zoom and computers.

Requirements

• Prior experience in benefits administration or a related field is a plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently
• Team player with a customer-centric approach
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using Zoom and adequate knowledge of computers

Responsibilities

• Assist members with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and changes
• Explain benefits options and provide guidance to help members make informed decisions
• Conduct benefits meetings for new members
• Troubleshoot and resolve benefits-related issues in a timely manner
• Act as a liaison between members and the main office
• Participate in open enrollment processes and communicate changes effectively
