Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Big Data Developer or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.)
• Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Scala, or Python
• Experience with data processing and analytics using SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and efficient big data solutions using technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
• Implement data ingestion, processing, and storage pipelines
• Optimize and tune data processing performance
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to implement data modeling and analytics solutions
• Ensure data security and privacy in compliance with industry standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data pipelines and processing
