Big Data Engineer in Spain

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software or data engineering
• Solid experience in Python or Scala and Spark processing large volumes of data
• Solid experience in Cloud (Azure or AWS)
• Experience in the creation of data pipelines (CI/CD)
• Knowledge in databases SQL and NoSQL
• Experience with Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, Apache Airflow, etc
• Experience or knowledge in Power BI

Responsibilities

• Develop projects from scratch under minimal supervision and with the collaboration of the team
• Participate in the design of architectures and make decisions in a constructive and creative environment
• Be a key player in the development of good practices, clean and reusable code
• Develop ETLs with Spark (Python / Scala)
• Develop projects in cloud (Azure / AWS)
• Build scalable pipelines with different technologies: airflow, data factory
