Bilingual B2B Customer Support Representative

Summary

Keeper is hiring a Bilingual (French) B2B Customer Support Representative for their EMEA team. This hybrid/remote position requires candidates to reside in Ireland. The candidate should have experience in answering customer calls, tickets & chats, excel at customer service, and have technical troubleshooting knowledge. A degree in a technology-related field or 1+ years of Customer Service experience in the Technology industry is required, along with bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Have experience in a technology-related field or 1+ years of Customer Service experience in the Technology industry
• Bilingual fluency, ability to write, read, and speak both English and Spanish
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar technology
• Hands-on experience with Google Suite and MS-office tools

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, tickets & chats regarding product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
• Take on complex technical questions
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solve to turn frustrated clients into happy clients
• Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
• Balance problem-solving and escalating more in-depth issues to the Tier 2 team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of Keeper Security tools and applications
• Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and computers
