Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist

Summary

Join Rightway's PBM Clinical Operations team as a Clinical Pharmacist and provide personalized medication guidance to members via phone, email, and chat. This crucial role focuses on managing pharmacy spend and improving medication affordability and accessibility. You will deliver concierge-level support, conduct medication reviews, collaborate with providers, contribute to clinical policy, and support prior authorizations. The position requires a pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred), fluency in Spanish and English, and 3+ years of relevant experience. It's located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone and involves a 4 ten-hour shift weekly schedule with occasional on-call and travel.

Requirements

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• 3+ years experience in PBM, retail pharmacy, health plan, or medication therapy management
• Active pharmacy license in state of residence (multiple state licenses preferred)
• Located in Pacific or Mountain time zone

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level medication and disease state management support to members via phone, email, and chat
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and comprehensive medication reviews
• Collaborate with providers on medication therapy recommendations and formulary compliance
• Contribute to Pharmacy & Therapeutics processes and clinical policy development
• Support prior authorization reviews
• Partner with Navigation team for holistic member support
• Participate in developing scalable clinical pharmacy operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Managed Care or pharmacy residency
• Multi-state pharmacy licenses or willingness to obtain them

Benefits

BASE SALARY: $120-$125K
