Bilingual Contact Center Senior Specialist

Summary

Join Nielsen as a Bilingual Contact Center Sr Specialist and work remotely from home! You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Nielsen panel families, recruiting participants, providing coaching and support, and ensuring data integrity. This role requires strong communication, technical, and organizational skills, along with fluency in English and Spanish. Successful candidates will manage relationships with panel families, conduct interviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and meet performance goals. Flexible schedules are offered, but weekend work is required. The position is fully remote after an in-person orientation in Mexico City.

Requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation and customer service skills are required
• Technical Proficiency: Requires strong computer skills (iOS, Windows, Google Applications), software systems aptitude, and knowledge of WiFi and networking
• Superior organizational and time management abilities are crucial
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Nielsen families participating in media measurement panels
• Conduct phone interviews, verifying eligibility, and ensuring proper equipment installation and maintenance
• Collect device information, troubleshoot remotely, and ensure accurate data collection
• Meet performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction
