Summary

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily classification / labeling activities of team members
  • Ensure all team members are up to date on training and latest Policy Team updates
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback through Lattice at least once per week and implementing improvement plans when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with HQ Teams to ensure they have the necessary support, knowledge and skill to perform with outstanding speed and accuracy
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement with daily stand up meetings, calibration sessions and feedback
  • Address and resolve conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner, keeping in mind DVs CORE values PACT (Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, Trailblazing)
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management
  • Participate in the hiring process, conducting interviews and making recommendations for team expansion
