Bilingual Credit Analyst

Summary

Join First Help Financial (FHF), a fast-growing and culturally diverse company in the U.S., as a Credit Analyst. This remote, full-time position requires working 4 days a week for 10 hours a day, with flexibility on the other days. You will manage application origination relationships, make credit decisions, establish good relationships with dealers, and help the team meet origination goals.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience
• 1 year of previous financial or banking experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, self-reliant
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Manage the application origination relationship between FHF and dealers
• Develop a thorough understanding of applicants’ profiles and assess risk by reviewing application information and conducting preliminary phone interviews when needed
• Help the team meet all monthly and quarterly origination goals by booking approved applications
• Negotiate with dealers to buy deals on the best possible terms for FHF while still maintaining dealer satisfaction
• Follow up on deals to try to capture business and solicit dealers for new or more business
• Conduct preliminary credit interviews with prospective clients to validate critical information (when applicable)
• Perform related administrative, clerical, or customer service duties
