Responsibilities

• Contact clients regularly via phone, email, or text to gather documentation, provide updates, and ensure timely responses
• Handle professional business correspondence with clients and third parties
• Accurately fill out and submit various forms and documents related to the credit repair process
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion
• Occasionally assist with scheduling or creating light content for social media platforms (e.g., credit tips, testimonials, updates)

Preferred Qualifications
