Requirements

• AMF license required
• RIBO license (or a commitment to obtain one)
• Minimum of 3 years in personal lines automobile and property insurance
• Proficiency in French and English is required
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for high-value clients and strategic accounts, building strong, lasting relationships and offering tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs
• Shape the future by being part of the VIP program and providing exceptional service and insights that drive growth and elevate the client experience
• Take ownership of client interactions by handling inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring that all underwriting standards and requirements are met with excellence
• Resolve challenges proactively , ensuring client satisfaction by addressing and resolving any product or service issues with creative, thoughtful solutions
• Leave your mark on our growing program by sharing insights and recommendations with leadership, making sure we continuously improve and provide world-class service
