Summary

Strikingly is a mobile-optimized website builder that's looking for a full-time remote bilingual Finnish customer support agent or Happiness Officer. Responsibilities include supporting and understanding user demands, assisting users in creating and publishing their websites, answering questions about student discounts, making users' pages look great, handling e-commerce and form solutions, performing translation tasks and product testing. Qualifications include excellent Finnish (native level) and English communication skills, customer support experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to deal with difficult customers, good analytical and problem-solving skills, accurate record keeping, teamwork, prioritization and multitasking, ability to work remotely and full-time, and the ability to work during holidays and weekends. Knowledge of Domains, SEO, and Analytics is a plus.

Requirements

• Loves making customers happy!
• Has great Finnish (native level) and English communication skills, both written and oral
• Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knows how to deal with difficult customers/clients
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good accurate records keeping
• Is a good team player
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Can work during holidays and the weekends
• Can work remotely and full-time (at least 40 hours per week; GMT+8 time zone); with own laptop/computer and a stable internet connection
