The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in field management, retail leadership, or program coordination, along with experience leading remote teams across multiple regions. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in field management, retail leadership, or program coordination
- Experience leading or supporting remote teams across multiple regions
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and people-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary support for Team Leads and Sales Experts across all program pillars (Corners, BOTG, Multi-Category)
- Guide and coach field teams through new program rollouts, retail engagement strategies, and ongoing performance check-ins
- Lead onboarding sessions, training follow-ups, and ensure all SEs are equipped to deliver consistent, high-standard experiences
- Oversee uniform and check-in compliance, mystery shop performance, and field-level execution consistency
- Represent field insights in leadership meetings and client presentations
- Ensure weekly reports and decks reflect the realities and wins from the field
- Ensure SOPs are being followed across all regions
- Maintain close communication with coordinators, inventory teams, and program managers
