Bilingual Funding Associate

Summary

The job is for a Funding Associate at First Help Financial (FHF), a fast-growing auto loan company. The role involves ensuring loan packages meet quality standards, verifying information provided during the application process, and communicating with dealerships about funding packages. The employee will rotate jobs every 12-16 months to gain exposure and develop new skills. Requirements

• Demonstrated historical career stability
• Spanish/Portuguese fluency
• Minimum of 1 year in Banking or Auto lending
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Ensure loan packages received are worthy of becoming an asset for the company
• Verify that all funding packages submitted by dealers meet FHF quality standards
• Conduct phone verification of personal references and employment information for prospective clients
• Verify the veracity of all information provided during application process and funding process
• Collect and manage incoming faxes from dealerships
• Provide constant updates to dealerships regarding the status of their funding packages
• Conduct final funding interviews with prospective clients
• Manage and support dealerships expectations and communication
• Assist other funding associates whenever needed
• Report and discuss with Funding Manager any potential risk flags not previously known
• Work with the rest of the funding team towards meeting FHF weekly/monthly targets

Preferred Qualifications

Willing to work Monday to Friday, 10:30am-7pm EST
