Bilingual Immigration Case Manager

Summary

Join Pacston Canada as a remote Case Manager, managing global immigration cases and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. You will guide clients through the application process, preparing necessary documents. Comprehensive training will be provided. Requirements

• Excellent English writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding client service skills
• Proficient with G Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated professional demeanour
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Have a BA or MA degree
• Speak a second language other than English

Responsibilities

• Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials
• Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback
• Reply to client messages in the case management system
• Work on reference letter projects
• Overtime might be needed to respond to clients' messages and finish client’s projects on time
• Perform other duties as assigned
