Summary

Pacston Canada is hiring Case Managers to manage global immigration cases. The role involves instructing, assisting, and communicating with clients to prepare documents, replying to messages, working on reference letters, and performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates should have excellent English writing skills, strong attention to detail, outstanding client service skills, proficiency with G Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, a high degree of self-motivation, demonstrated professional demeanor, excellent multitasking and time management skills, a BA or MA degree, and relevant experience. Responsibilities

• Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials
• Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback
• Reply to client messages in the case management system
• Work on reference letter projects
• Overtime might be needed to respond to clients' messages and finish client’s projects on time
• Perform other duties as assigned
