Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Systems Engineering or related fields with 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Technical knowledge: SQL: Experience with queries and databases
  • UNIX: Basic or intermediate knowledge of UNIX systems
  • XML: Familiarity with the XML format and its use in system integrations
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications and systems using SQL, UNIX, and XML
  • Collaborate on data integration projects and system optimization based on EDI industry standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, Idocs, proprietary formats)
  • Participate in the design and implementation of solutions using tools such as IBM WTX, ITX 10, and WMQ
  • Provide support in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing processes within the system
  • Actively participate in continuous training and professional development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of IBM WTX, ITX 10, and WMQ
  • Knowledge of EDI industry standards and other data formats: ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, Idocs, and proprietary formats (Fixed Length, Delimited)
  • Previous experience in Logistics & Warehousing (1-2 years)
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate in multidisciplinary projects
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
