Summary

Join Oscar Medical Group's Virtual Urgent Care team as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)! This remote, employed position offers a flexible schedule of three two-day weekends per month (60 hours). You will provide virtual medical care via phone and messaging, collaborating with a team to deliver exceptional patient care. The role requires experience in urgent care, ER, or outpatient family medicine, along with specific certifications and licensures. You must reside in one of the specified states and be bilingual (Spanish).

Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
• Compact RN license (APRN only)
• Bilingual (Spanish - read, write, and speak)
• Licensed in GA, TX, AND FL
• 3+ years experience in urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine practice

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care virtually (both by phone and message)
• Provide patient care in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies
• Focus on efficiency and quality of care delivery
• Ensure patient access to VUC services
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines (e.g. primary care and health assessments)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Telemedicine experience
• Licensed in other OMG states: AZ, CO, CT, FL, IA, IL, KS, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, VA
