Bilingual Over-the-Phone Interviewer

Summary

Join our team as a Bilingual Interviewer and contribute to gathering valuable feedback from healthcare patients. Conduct phone interviews in English and Mandarin, adhering to provided scripts. This role encompasses diverse projects, including patient and provider satisfaction surveys, and insurance policy feedback. You will be responsible for accurately recording responses and providing excellent customer service. The position offers work-from-home flexibility with provided equipment and a customizable weekly schedule (subject to approval). A successful background check, drug test, and language proficiency assessment are required.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English and Mandarin
• Availability to respond to messages and emails during regular business hours
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain focused and stay on topic
• Ability to work from home in a private and quiet space, with internet meeting minimum speed requirements
• 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test
• Successful completion of a language proficiency assessment
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews with healthcare patients in either English or Mandarin, following provided call scripts
• Capture detailed responses from members in surveys
• Record members' responses accurately in the database
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure accurate data collection
