Summary
Join TorkLaw, a fast-growing personal injury law firm, as a remote Case Manager! You will manage pre-litigation cases from start to finish, building client relationships and collaborating with attorneys and staff. This role demands excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You'll handle various tasks, including file management, communication with stakeholders, legal document preparation, and evidence compilation. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential within a supportive and fun team environment. Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is required, and prior experience is preferred. Requirements
- Be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Possess computer literacy and proficiency in standard office productivity software

Responsibilities
- Strategically manage client cases, upholding organizational integrity through rigorous case management
- Develop, curate, and maintain an organized repository of case files, ensuring easy access and retrieval
- Serve as the primary point of contact between attorneys, clients, and other parties, ensuring prompt, precise, and comprehensively documented communication
- Assist in drafting, revising, and finalizing legal documents and correspondences with meticulous attention to detail
- Lead initiatives to gather records and evidentiary materials, strengthening the foundation of each case
- Handle property damage claims, ensuring fair and timely resolutions
- Engage in strategic negotiations regarding liens, aiming for optimal outcomes
- Implement and maintain a robust tracking system to prevent missed deadlines and milestones
- Facilitate and oversee the coordination of medical treatments, prioritizing client well-being
- Monitor and guide the progress of all case aspects, ensuring smooth transitions and achievement of milestones
Preferred Qualifications
- Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role (or equivalent education)
- Have some litigation experience
