Summary

Assistantly is hiring a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage transactions and ensure seamless processes. The role involves handling document management, client communication, and timely follow-ups, as well as assisting in the preparation and execution of legal documents. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, at least 2 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish
  • Proven 2+ years experience as a Transaction Coordinator
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Collect and review all necessary documents and paperwork related to real estate transactions
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Ensure all required disclosures and contingencies are met and properly documented
  • Track important deadlines, such as inspection periods, loan approvals, and closing dates
  • Support the escrow process and ensure proper handling and disbursement of funds, including commissions
