Bilingual Service Advisor

Summary

The job is for a Bilingual Service Advisor at a pressure washer manufacturing company. The role involves troubleshooting products, answering customer requests, collaborating with the service center network, and developing service bulletins & training packages. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting equipment and industry-related experience.

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting equipment (are a 'go-to' product expert)
• Industry related experience in power equipment, agriculture, automotive, power tools, or manufacturing
• Knowledge & experience working with small engines or power equipment

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in troubleshooting products & equipment to resolve customer challenges or technical issues
• Answer requests from customers regarding general product information, maintenance, repairs, and/or warranty claims
• Collaborate with our service center network providing the best technical assistance and training possible
• Get creative and put those technical skills to use through the development of service bulletins & training packages
