Join our healthcare support team as a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Rheumatology eClinical Assistant. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries in both English and Spanish. Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting, particularly in rheumatology, is preferred. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW), and a reliable internet connection for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally and promptly
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to verify coverage and handle authorizations
• Assist with scheduling appointments, patient follow-ups, and documentation in the eClinicalWorks (eCW) system
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the coordination of care
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or similar electronic health record systems is preferred
• Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting, especially in rheumatology, is a plus
