Requirements

• Admission to practice law in the Philippines or Mexico
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Relevant working experience practicing law, focusing on US law
• Strong knowledge of US legal principles, procedures, and terminology
• Sound knowledge of immigration law
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal consultation to US-based clients on various legal issues
• Conduct in-depth legal research
• Prepare and review legal documents
• Represent clients in legal proceedings
• Manage a caseload efficiently
• Stay updated on changes in US laws, regulations, and legal trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients
• Collaborate effectively with other team members
