Summary
Join Experian as a Billing Administrator and manage billing data, contracts, and pricing across multiple systems to support client billing and invoicing. You will improve billing process efficiency and accuracy, participate in teams creating end-user requirements for billing platform enhancements, and report to the Billing Supervisor. Responsibilities include new client setup, collaborating with various teams, responding to billing inquiries, leading automation efforts, and preparing billing documentation. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, 2+ years of billing experience, advanced English, and Excel proficiency are required. Oracle E-Business or ERP System experience is preferred. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is ideal, with Accounting/Finance concentration or equivalent educational background
- 2+ years of billing/OTC experience
- Advanced English level
- Experience with MS Office and proficiency in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) for this role
- Work well with others in a team environment
- Experience to interpret written client contracts
Responsibilities
- Complete new client setup and maintenance of existing accounts for invoicing purposes for clients
- Collaborate with sales, sales support, finance, pricing, and others to obtain information necessary for account maintenance, monthly billing processes, and ad hoc billing adjustments
- Receive research and respond to incoming billing-related questions. Provide information, explain procedures, and facilitate a resolution
- Lead efforts to create billing workflow tools designed to automate billing data gathering processes and increase billing process efficiency
- Prepare and process billing-related documentation. Review documents for accuracy and completeness, and update information and evaluate against relevant policies
