Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in BIM coordination, digital engineering, or asset data roles on large infrastructure or construction projects
  • Strong practical knowledge of BIM software including Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, 12D, Revizto, or Bentley platforms
  • Experience with IFC model management, clash detection, and model review processes
  • Familiarity with asset data standards and the requirements for digital handover
  • Strong understanding of construction and design workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to review and validate large volumes of model and data content
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI for data management and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of 3D models and asset data across infrastructure projects using Willow and industry-standard tools
  • Assist with model federation, clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution in collaboration with design and construction teams
  • Maintain model quality through regular audits on geometry, data, naming conventions, and compliance with project BIM standards
  • Assist in the extraction and validation of asset data required for handover and integration into operations systems
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of digital deliverables using dashboards and automated tools
  • Support ongoing configuration and use of WillowTwin™ and other project-specific platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in digital deliverables
  • Ensure documentation and data compliance aligns with EIR (Employer Information Requirements), project standards, and completion requirements
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline digital workflows
