Requirements

  • BIM Document Control Expertise: Strong understanding of BIM document management, including maintaining and organizing digital models, drawings, and data for easy access and accuracy
  • BIM Issue Coordination: Proficient in identifying, tracking, and coordinating BIM-related issues, ensuring resolutions align with project requirements and timelines
  • Reporting & Analysis in BIM: Skilled in creating and analyzing BIM reports, tracking project progress, and presenting insights for stakeholders
  • Multitasking & Adaptability in BIM Environment: Ability to manage multiple BIM-specific tasks effectively, adapting to the dynamic requirements of digital construction processes

Responsibilities

  • Support the onsite quality team to ensure manufacturing standards are upheld across projects
  • Manage documentation and reporting processes, including manufacturing reports, customer reporting, and BIM-related documentation
  • Address and coordinate BIM issues, Takt Time, and Right First Time (RFT) metrics to ensure efficient project workflows
  • Analyze inspection findings to identify quality concerns, opportunities for improvement, and preventive actions
  • Leverage data insights to implement corrective actions, driving long-term quality improvements in the manufacturing process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, especially in document control or quality roles
  • Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
  • Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
  • Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
