Remote Bingo Retention Executive

Summary

Join our team and contribute to creating a vibrant and supportive social gaming community as Bingo Retention Executive. You will support the day-to-day running and operational build of bingo schedules, promotions, and CRM activities that enhance our player experience and drive engagement, retention, and commercial KPI's.

Requirements

• A background in online bingo scheduling and/or bingo promotions with a minimum of 1 year’s experience
• Native or level of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Conscientious, organised and with the highest attention to detail
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• A strong sense of prioritisation and an enthusiastic, “can do” attitude

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and reporting on bingo product performance - including regular schedules and promotional schedules
• Scheduling promotions, optimisation measures and building campaigns in the Bingo Back Office
• Working with 3rd Party to identify and implement innovative new product opportunities, features and enhancements
• Assisting in the execution of the promotional roadmap on Bingo, including but not limited to - creating tickets, setting up offers and liaising with the Design Team, Copy Team, CRM Team and Content Team
• Provide support to the Bingo Support Team and Chat Hosts to aid with CS escalations and update on new Bingo promotions, schedules and campaigns
