As a freelance expert, you will develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses. This role involves generating challenging prompts, defining comprehensive scoring criteria, and correcting AI responses based on your domain expertise. The position is fully remote, part-time, and flexible, allowing you to balance your commitments while making a tangible impact on AI quality. Requirements

• Have a Master’s degree in biology or related fields
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant area
• Have an advanced (C1) or above level of English

Responsibilities

• Develop complex question-answer pairs
• Create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses
• Generate prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers
• Correct the AI's responses based on domain-specific knowledge

Be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines
